Jude Bellingham scored his first goal of the season to give Real Madrid a 1-0 win over Juventus in the Champions League on Wednesday, reported Xinhua.
Juventus started faster, with Weston McKennie and Federico Gatti testing Thibaut Courtois from outside the area. Real Madrid gradually took control of possession.
Aurelien Tchouameni went close with a header for Real Madrid, while the home side's best first-half chance was a shot from Kylian Mbappe that Michele Di Gregorio saved well.
Early in the second half, Dusan Vlahovic had a clear chance to put Juventus ahead when through on goal, but Courtois, making his 300th appearance for Real Madrid, made an excellent save.
Juventus continued to threaten, but Real Madrid broke the deadlock when Vinicius hit the post and Bellingham followed in to score from the rebound.
Di Gregorio later denied Mbappe again after the forward found space to shoot, as Real Madrid finished with the edge in both chances and possession.
